Information and providers
Google sign-in supplies your verified email, name and profile image. Cloudflare hosts this site, sessions and private file storage. To generate a video, your authorized portrait and selected scene prompt are sent to ApiMart for Wan generation and provider content checks. Stripe processes payments; we retain order identifiers, amounts and credit records, never full card details. Email sign-in and marketing email are currently disabled.
Retention and deletion
Uploads are scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours; active or uncertain tasks may retain their referenced inputs until resolved. Generated videos are available for 7 days. Expired results cannot be downloaded and background cleanup removes stored objects. Local browser drafts expire after 24 hours. These schedules describe our storage and do not determine the provider’s independent retention. Account and payment audit records may remain necessary for disputes and applicable obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, account closure or deletion; requests are reviewed manually.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after optional analytics consent. You can reject or change consent through Privacy settings without losing login or creation access. Prompts, media, names and email addresses are excluded from analytics events. Ads and personalized advertising are disabled.
Referral and crawler records
Public-page traffic records contain time, public path, referring domain and crawler classification; they do not contain full referring URLs, query strings, IP addresses, raw user agents, cookies or visitor identifiers. DNT/GPC requests are excluded from referral recording. Crawler identity checks distinguish verified bots from claimed user agents. These records expire after 90 days and measure requests rather than people. They do not establish search indexing.
